Getting started
What is AllScale?
AllScale provides stablecoin payment tools for businesses, including invoicing, checkout, payroll and claim links. Choose a product based on whether you need to collect customer payments or pay other people.
Compare AllScale products →Is AllScale a bank?
No. AllScale is a financial technology provider, not a bank. Its non-custodial wallet is controlled by the user; some payment services involve third-party providers with their own terms.
Read the Terms of Use →How do I open an AllScale account?
Open the AllScale app and follow the sign-in and setup steps. The information required depends on the service you want to use. Account creation does not automatically qualify you for every product.
Open AllScale →Is AllScale available in my country?
Availability depends on the product, your location and eligibility requirements. Check the applicable terms and ask AllScale to confirm the service you need before planning a payment workflow.

Which AllScale product should I use?
Use Invoicing to bill a client, Checkout to collect payments through a website or app, Payroll for team pay cycles, and Claim Link to send a payout through a shareable link.
Compare payment products →Can I send an invoice without asking my client to join AllScale?
Yes. You can share an AllScale invoice payment link, and clients can pay without creating an AllScale account. The invoice payment page shows the methods available for that payment.
Explore AllScale Invoicing →What is the difference between an invoice and a claim link?
An invoice asks your customer to pay you. A claim link lets a recipient collect a payout you send. Use the direction of the payment to choose the right tool.
Explore Claim Link →Does AllScale support USDT and USDC?
AllScale offers USDT and USDC payment workflows. Available assets and networks depend on the product and payment route. Check the asset and network shown in your app before sending funds.
Check the product guides →Do I need to fund and approve payroll in advance?
Yes. Your balance must cover the payroll before its scheduled pay date, and the run needs your approval. The Help Center explains how to handle a missed approval or insufficient balance.

Where can I find AllScale fees?
For current pricing, check the product’s fee information and ask AllScale to confirm charges for your intended workflow. The public pricing page is marked “Coming Soon”; do not treat its preview plans as a confirmed quote.
Ask about fees →Where can I find setup instructions or payment troubleshooting?
Visit the Help Center for product guides and step-by-step support. For an issue specific to your account, contact AllScale at [email protected].

What can I do with AllScale MCP?
Connect a compatible AI assistant to check balances and transactions, manage invoices and claim links, and create payment collection links. OAuth lets you sign in and grant access without configuring an API key.
See AllScale MCP setup →Can an AI assistant send money without my approval?
No. AllScale MCP payment tools prepare a pending action. You must approve it in AllScale with your passkey before funds move. Invoice creation and other non-payment writes use the permissions you grant.
Review MCP permissions →Can I use AllScale with Grok Bot or Muse?
Official marketplace applications are in progress. For now, copy the connection prompt on the AllScale MCP page and ask your assistant to try connecting. Your client must support the required remote MCP and OAuth flow.
