Claim Link: Send stablecoins via a link

Claim Link makes stablecoin payout and receipt as easy as sending an email. Send a link instead of asking for a wallet address. Whoever opens it can claim to their own EVM address, or make a wallet with an email. No app to install, no gas for them.

AllScale Checkout now supports payment via card and local payments while merchant can receive funds in USDC

Every stablecoin payment starts with the same request: send me your wallet address. It's a small ask if the person on the other end is already in crypto. If they aren't, it's the end of the conversation.

That gap is why most payout flows still route through traditional processors, where the recipient has to open an account before they can be paid and the processor takes a cut for the privilege. On a $500 invoice that's annoying. On a $3 task reward, the fee and the signup friction together mean the payment isn't even worth it.

Claim Link is our attempt to close that gap, and it's live today.

What is Claim Link

You have a stablecoin balance in AllScale. You generate a link. You send it to anyone, however you normally reach them: chat, email, a QR code on a screen. They open it in a browser and the money is theirs.

They don't need a wallet. They don't need to install anything, and they don't pay gas.

Two ways to claim

Opening a Claim Link shows the amount, who sent it, any message attached, and a countdown to expiry. From there:

- They already have a wallet. They paste an EVM address (starting with 0x) and the funds go straight there. We validate the EIP-55 checksum, catch non-EVM addresses like Tron the moment they're typed, and show the last characters back so they can check before submitting. No account gets created.

- They don't have a wallet. An email address and a verification code is all they need to create an AllScale wallet, and the funds land in it. We make this the more prominent button, because it's the path most first-time recipients need.

Either way, it's the full amount. Claim Links can't be partially claimed.

Two ways to send

- From the app. Open your wallet, choose Withdraw, then Claim Link. Set an amount between $0.10 and $10,000 and choose your token and chain. You can attach a message, and a recipient email that only you can see. We don't send anything to that address; it's there so you remember who the link was for. Before you confirm with a passkey or an emailed code, you get the full breakdown: amount, gas, service fee, total. Then a share card with a QR code and the link, ready to copy anywhere.

- From your backend. Merchants who have enabled payout authorization can call the create endpoint directly, and the system signs each payout automatically. That's what makes overnight settlement runs and ERP-triggered batches possible. Achieve batch payout with our API.

Authorization is deliberately narrow. You set a per-transaction ceiling (default $200, platform maximum $10,000), a cumulative cap for the session (default $20,000, maximum $100,000), and an expiry: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom value up to 30 days.

The per-transaction ceiling is enforced by on-chain policy, so a payout over the limit fails on its own without touching the rest of the batch. Changing any limit takes a passkey or an emailed code. An API key alone can't do it, which means a stolen key can't be used to raise the ceiling before draining it.

Where the money actually lives

Claim Link is non-custodial. AllScale never holds a complete private key and can't move funds unilaterally. Each link settles through its own one-time wallet, so the amount is isolated per link. Someone who gets hold of one link can only ever claim that one. The refund address is fixed when the link is created, and you can verify it on-chain.

There is one trade-off made on purpose: a link can't be recalled. Once it's out, it's either claimed or it expires. After 14 days an unclaimed link automatically refunds the full amount to the sender, and the network fee reserved at creation covers that transfer, so there's no extra charge for it.

What it costs

You pay network gas plus a 0.03% service fee. Gas is a flat cost per transaction. It doesn't scale with the amount you're sending, which cuts both ways.

On a $500 payout, gas is negligible. On a $0.5 payout, it can cost more than the payment. So if you're sending small amounts, use BNB Chain: gas there is meaningfully cheaper than the alternatives, and fewer, larger links bring the per-dollar cost down further.

One more thing. The first time your account sends, there's an extra one-off charge to set up the delegation your wallet uses. It shows in the fee breakdown before you confirm, and it only happens once.

For merchants

Every link that reaches a terminal state, claimed or expired, fires an HMAC-signed webhook to your endpoint. Reconciliation is push, not polling. Reference IDs are enforced unique: resubmit the same one and you get the original record back rather than a second payout, hence rendering retries safe by construction.

That's where we differ from the closest comparables. Coinbase Wallet Claim and MiniPay Cash Links both do link-based sending well, but they're consumer features with no merchant payout API behind them, and each claims only into its own wallet. AllScale Claim Link, on the other hand, accepts any EVM address, so nobody has to adopt our wallet to get paid.

Available now

USDT and USDC, on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Optimism and Arbitrum. Recipients in 120+ countries. $0.10 to $10,000 per link, 14-day expiry with automatic full refund.

Coming next: bulk recipient upload, shared funding pools so a batch of links can be funded in one go, and one-to-many links.
