AllScale and Orbit AI are developing Perigee, an AI agent designed to manage customer orders and purchase the services needed to fulfill them. Orbit AI provides access to compute, satellite imagery and orbital displays. AllScale provides the self-custodial wallet and stablecoin payment tools that support the transaction.
Perigee's first planned service gives customers a way to display a photo on an Orbit AI satellite and receive a 4K recording with Earth in the background. Behind that experience is a practical payment workflow: collect the customer's payment, purchase the required services, confirm delivery and settle with the provider.
For AllScale, the collaboration extends its focus on everyday business payments to AI agents that can act within a budget and complete transactions on a user's behalf.
From a Photo to a Paid Order
In the planned workflow, a customer submits a photo and pays for the service. Perigee manages the order and books a slot on Space Display, Orbit AI's orbital OLED screen aboard Genesis-III. An onboard camera records the image against Earth, and the finished footage is delivered to the customer.
The partners are designing the process so that Perigee operates within an approved budget, pays Orbit AI after delivery is confirmed, and issues refunds under agreed terms if delivery fails.
To mark the partnership, Orbit AI displayed both companies' logos on Space Display and captured them in 4K with Earth in the background.

Payments Within Clear Boundaries
An agent completing an order needs a way to receive money, pay a supplier and account for the outcome. The person authorizing it needs to define what it can spend and which actions it can take.
AllScale's role is to bring these payment workflows into the agent's toolset. The partners are using the AllScale Agent CLI to develop a workflow in which Perigee can handle payments within defined permissions and spending limits.
The planned experience brings customer payments, supplier settlement and refunds into one order flow. Delivery confirmation determines when the supplier is paid. Agreed refund terms determine what happens when an order cannot be fulfilled. Transaction records help operators track and reconcile the payments associated with each order.
These are familiar requirements for businesses. Perigee applies them to a workflow in which an AI agent coordinates the transaction.
A Foundation for More Agent Transactions
Space Display is the starting point. The partners are also exploring how Perigee could purchase compute from Orbit AI Compute and satellite imagery and analysis from Eye of God AI.
For AllScale, these use cases build on the same payment foundation: helping businesses receive funds, pay for services and keep track of settlement across borders. As agents take on more operational tasks, those payment tools become part of the work they need to complete.
The collaboration with Orbit AI gives that work a concrete setting: an agent coordinating a customer request, a service provider and the payments that connect them.
